Eckankar was disproved by David because Twitchell plagiarized so many other books in order to fit his own religion. Its funny how they talk about David Lane’s personal description. They call him a “surfer dude” and describe him as somewhat of a Pretty boy figure which and this kind of is like giving the message that his sources may not be that reliable because he’s just some surfer dude but then the irony of it all is that he does know his stuff and he is in fact a genuine myth buster, a man looking for the truth in everything he finds. It goes to show how watchful we must be of our sources these days AND how Gullible people can truly be. People just want so badly for some of these things to be true like palm readings, horoscopes etc that they block out any logical thinking that should come into play
